Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
As most of our products are made using a print-on-demand process, production begins only after your order is confirmed.
Processing time is generally 2–5 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available). You can also track your order using the Track Order page on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. OwnFit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided during checkout.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate the issue and assist you according to our Replacement Policy.
Replacement Policy
OwnFit offers replacement only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
